At After Seven, embark on an exceptional culinary journey with a refined five- or six-course menu. Each course combines outstanding ingredients, precise craftsmanship, and creative passion.
From delicate vegetable creations to exquisite seafood and perfectly prepared meats, the cuisine blends alpine inspiration with international influences. Paired with carefully selected wines from the Valais and around the world, every evening becomes a true experience for the senses.

Chef Florian Neubauer – The Passion Behind After Seven
With great dedication and passion, Chef Florian Neubauer leads the Michelin-starred restaurant After Seven. At just 31 years old, he became one of the youngest two-star chefs in Europe. When After Seven opens its doors in winter, Zermatt becomes the creative home of this visionary and charismatic chef.
Following his culinary training in the Black Forest, Florian embarked on gastronomic journeys around the world. Renowned kitchens such as Heston Blumenthal in London and Tim Raue in Berlin shaped his experience, alongside culinary discoveries in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
During the summer months, he continues to travel extensively in search of exceptional ingredients, inspiring markets, and new techniques. These discoveries return with him to Zermatt, where they are transformed into a unique culinary experience each winter.
Reservation
During the summer months, After Seven takes a creative break and will reopen its doors in December 2026.
In the meantime, we warmly invite you to discover our seasonal pop-up The Frame and enjoy exceptional culinary moments.

Reservation Conditions
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
Changes or cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation. For groups of 4 or more guests, a cancellation period of 72 hours applies.
Late cancellations, changes, or no-shows will incur a charge of CHF 150 per person.
Hotel guests are also kindly requested to reserve a table.
Please note that After Seven is not suitable for all children and does not offer a children’s menu.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email or via the reservation system.
